I think we all enjoyed our Christmas cheer a little too much!! Some of us held nothing back from what it sounded like. :-) Which is ok if your back in the gym Monday morning hitting a monster Wod. And a monster Wod it was. We did 1/2 of "Bull" which was, 200 double unders, 50 overhead squats, 50 pullups, and a 1 mile run to finish it off. Can you imagine doing two rounds of this?? Ive never looked forward to a mile run like i was on this workout!
Also, it was nice to see some new faces in the gym these last few days. Welcome Debbie, Jimmy, and James. You guys have been killing it so far! Keep it up!

Holiday Schedule Changes
We will have a modified schedule for the week of 12/27 thru 12/31. On Monday, Weds, and Friday, class will
be at 9:00 am and Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30am. If you have any questions please give me a call.
This will also be the last week to bring in a friend for free. Help them get a jump start on their fitness goals!! We want this to be the last time "Losing Weight" is at the top of your New Years Resolution lists.

For the rest of the month we are offering a bring a friend for free promotion! I'm sure at some point you've
had to explain to your friends and family what it is you're doing. Get them to come in with you so they can see for themselves. Also, for those thinking of coming in to check us out, we are offering one week free to all first time clients. So come build a faster, stronger, healthier you!!
