I think we all enjoyed our Christmas cheer a little too much!! Some of us held nothing back from what it sounded like. :-) Which is ok if your back in the gym Monday morning hitting a monster Wod. And a monster Wod it was. We did 1/2 of "Bull" which was, 200 double unders, 50 overhead squats, 50 pullups, and a 1 mile run to finish it off. Can you imagine doing two rounds of this?? Ive never looked forward to a mile run like i was on this workout!
Also, it was nice to see some new faces in the gym these last few days. Welcome Debbie, Jimmy, and James. You guys have been killing it so far! Keep it up!
